Absorbs the
complexity.
Emits simplicity.
You do not need another opinion about AI. You need the thing built, running in your environment, on your data, with somebody’s name against the date it lands.
We take the tangle in. What comes back out is a working system and the documentation to keep it working without us.
Scope agreed in writing. A window, not an estimate. Billing against milestones you can inspect.
The delivery risk sits with us. That is the difference between a date and a hope.
Three kinds of build. One standard of finish.
AI that survives production
Agentic pipelines, retrieval architectures, evaluation harnesses. Built into your environment, on your data, under your governance. Not a demo that dies on contact with real traffic.
- Agent and workflow engineering
- Retrieval and knowledge layers
- Evaluation and guardrails
- Cost and latency budgets
Applications and the data under them
Custom applications, internal tooling, integrations, and the pipelines that feed them. Written to be read by whoever maintains it after we have gone.
- Web and internal applications
- APIs and integration work
- Data pipelines and warehousing
- Analytics surfaces
Websites that are actually yours
Marketing sites and digital builds. Fast, accessible, and handed over with the repository and the hosting account, so changing a headline never needs a purchase order.
- Design and build
- Performance and accessibility
- Editing where it is warranted
- Handover with the keys
Four moves. No theatre.
Absorb
We go into the problem before we price it. Systems, data, constraints, and the things nobody writes down. Scoping is work, and we do it properly.
Output A written scope and a price
Reduce
Everything gets cut until what is left is the smallest build that would move the number you care about. It is usually smaller than the brief.
Output A cut list, agreed
Emit
We build it. Working software in your stack, instrumented and tested, shipped in milestones you can see rather than a reveal at the end.
Output Working software in your stack
Leave
Documentation, handover, and a team that can extend it without us. Support is available afterwards, and the point of the handover is that you are able to refuse it.
Output Repository, documentation, runbook
The terms of every engagement. On the website, not in the room.
We will give you a date, and then we will hit it. If we cannot see how to hit it, we will not quote. Turning work away is cheaper for both of us than missing a date neither of us believed in.
Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. If the scope changes, the price and the date change with it, in writing, before the work does. No variation is absorbed quietly and invoiced later.
Billing is against milestones you can inspect. You are buying a working artefact on a date, so the delivery risk sits on our side of the table.
Everything built is handed over. Repository, documentation, runbook, and every account and key in your name. Retained support is available afterwards and it is optional.
